📝 Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Diced cucumber

  • Crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)

  • Fresh parsley or dill

  • Optional: hummus, tzatziki, or avocado

    In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, lemon juice + zest, garlic, and seasonings. Let it sit while you prep the toppings (or marinate up to 24 hours).

  2. Cook the chicken:
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  3. Assemble wraps:
    Spoon chicken into lettuce leaves. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, herbs, and a dollop of your favorite sauce or cheese if using.

  4. Serve:
