Grilled Blue Cheese Burgers Recipe

I’ll be honest — I didn’t always love blue cheese. But one summer night, I decided to try it crumbled over a grilled burger. Game. Changer. The beef was juicy and smoky, and that creamy, sharp blue cheese just melted right into every bite. Now it’s my go-to when we’re grilling and I want something a little more grown up, a little more wow. Even my husband — who said he “wasn’t sure about blue cheese” — went back for seconds.
Ingredients
-
1 lb ground beef (85/15 is best)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 burger buns
-
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
-
Optional toppings: caramelized onions, arugula, sliced tomato, Dijon mustard
-
Olive oil or melted butter for toasting buns
Instructions
-
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
-
Form beef into 4 patties. Season generously with salt and pepper.
