Fast & Fresh: Sparkling Citrus Punch in Just 10 Minutes!

For years, I relied on sugary sodas or store-bought juices during summer get-togethers. But this homemade citrus punch? It’s a total game-changer. It’s light, gorgeous in a pitcher, and gives you that “ahhh” moment with every sip — no guilt, no crash
Ingredients:
-
1 orange, thinly sliced
-
1 lemon, thinly sliced
-
1 lime, thinly sliced
-
2 cups orange juice (fresh-squeezed if possible)
-
1 cup cold sparkling water or club soda
-
½ cup pineapple juice (optional, for extra sweetness)
-
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
-
Ice cubes
Instructions:
-
Slice the fruit:
Thinly slice the orange, lemon, and lime. Set aside a few for garnish. -
Mix the base:
In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, pineapple juice (if using), and honey. -
Add bubbles & fruit:
Pour in sparkling water and gently stir. Add the citrus slices and mint leaves. -
Serve cold:
Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over top. Garnish with extra mint and fruit slices.
Sarah’s Tips:
-
Make this ahead of time — just add the sparkling water right before serving to keep it fizzy.
-
Want it less sweet? Skip the pineapple juice and honey.
-
Hosting a brunch? Add a splash of prosecco or champagne for an adults-only version.
