Creamy Healthy Pumpkin Pie Milkshake Recipe

One chilly afternoon, I threw some pumpkin puree into the blender with a few pantry staples, and boom: this Pumpkin Pie Milkshake was born. It’s creamy, sweet, and feels like dessert, but with ingredients that actually make me feel good.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for extra creaminess

  • Optional topping: coconut whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
