Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef

  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup marinara

  • ½ cup ricotta cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried basil

 

How to Make Zucchini Lasagna Skillet

Step 1:
Brown your ground turkey or beef in a large skillet with garlic powder and salt. Cook until no longer pink.

Step 2:
Add the zucchini and marinara sauce to the skillet. Stir well and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, until the zucchini softens.

Step 3:
Dollop the ricotta on top, then sprinkle over the mozzarella. Cover the skillet and cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is melty and dreamy.

Step 4:
Spoon into bowls and top with fresh basil if you're feeling a little fancy. Optional: add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
