Summer Berry Mojito Recipe

I made this for the first time at a backyard BBQ when I wanted something fun and fruity that still felt light. We had a bowl of berries, a bunch of mint, and plenty of sparkling water — and just like that, the Summer Berry Mojito was born. It’s the kind of drink that makes you want to sit down, slow down, and enjoy the sunshine.
Ingredients:
-
½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
5–6 fresh mint leaves
-
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
-
1½ cups cold sparkling water
-
Ice cubes
-
Garnish: fresh berries, mint, lime slice (optional)
Instructions:
-
In a glass, muddle the berries, mint, lime juice, and honey until juicy and fragrant.
-
Add ice and top with sparkling water.
-
Stir gently and garnish with extra berries or mint.
-
Serve immediately and sip slow — it’s summer in a glass!
