Iced Tropical Burst Recipe

This is my “I need a vacation but I have 5 loads of laundry” drink. I made it one busy afternoon when I needed a pick-me-up that tasted like the beach. Just a quick mix of tropical juice, lime, and ice — and suddenly, I felt like I had 5 minutes of summer in my hands. It’s sweet, sunny, and totally refreshing.
Ingredients:

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup mango juice or orange juice

Juice of ½ lime

½ cup cold water or coconut water

Ice cubes

Optional garnish: pineapple slice, mint sprig, lime wheel
Instructions:

In a glass or shaker, combine pineapple juice, mango (or orange) juice, lime juice, and water.

Fill a glass with ice and pour the juice mixture over.

Stir gently and garnish if desired.

Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical burst!
