Fresh Peach Milkshake Recipe

There’s something magical about peach season — and this milkshake is one of the sweetest ways to celebrate it.
I first made it with a few ripe peaches that were just about to go too soft. I blended them up with ice cream, a splash of milk, and vanilla… and it instantly became our favorite summer milkshake. It’s creamy, juicy, and tastes like sunshine in a glass.
Perfect for backyard snacks, cozy porch moments, or a quick dessert when it’s too hot to bake.
Ingredients
-
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1 cup frozen peaches)
-
1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
-
3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
-
Whipped cream + peach slices for topping (optional)
Instructions
-
Blend it up:
Add peaches, ice cream, milk, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Serve it cold:
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a peach slice if you’d like. Best enjoyed immediately!
Sarah’s Tips
-
Use very ripe peaches for the best flavor. If they’re extra juicy, you can skip added sweetener.
-
Frozen peaches work too and make the shake thicker and colder.
-
Add a pinch of cinnamon for a cozy little twist — it tastes like peach pie in a glass!
