Classic Grilled Ribeye Steak Recipe

Classic Grilled Ribeye Steak Recipe
Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
1. Prep the Steaks:

Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes (this helps them cook evenly).

Pat dry with paper towels.
