Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, to taste)

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice

  • Mint or lemon slices for garnish

Optional for adults:

  • 1½ oz vodka or raspberry liqueur per serving

 

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, muddle raspberries with lemon juice and sweetener until juicy.

  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher or two glasses to remove seeds.

  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour raspberry-lemon mixture over.

  4. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with mint or lemon.

  5. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
